Creating an Eye Glass Rule
Follow the steps below to create and configure an eyeglass rule in the Akeans VisionCare Pro App.
- In the Akeans VisionCare Pro App, navigate to Eye Glasses > Add a Rule to begin creating a new rule.
Enter the Rule Title, then click the Add Prescription Type button to define the prescription details.
In the Add Prescription Type popup, select the desired Prescription Type, enter its Title and Description, upload an Image, and click Save Changes to create the prescription type.
- Within the created Prescription Type tab, click Add Lens Group, then enter the Title, Description, Price, and upload an Image. Click Save Changes to apply the updates.
- Within the Create Prescription Lens Group tab, add the Lens Name along with its Title, Price, Description, and Image. Click Save Changes to save the updates.
- Within the Create Prescription Lens Name tab, add a Lens Coating by entering its Title, Price, Description, and uploading an Image. Click Save Changes to apply the updates.
To enable the Prescription Option, click the Settings icon, toggle the Status switch.
Under Prescription Settings to activate it, enter a Title for the option, and click Save Changes to apply the updates.
- Assign the desired Product(s) to apply the created rule, then click Save Changes to confirm the updates.
Reviewing Applied Eye Glass Rule
Now, let's review how the eyeglass rule is applied to the products assigned.
Whether prescriptions are uploaded automatically using the AI Prescription Uploader or Entered Manually, the system accurately captures all required values based on the configured eyeglass rule.
