Installation Requirements

To use this Template Kit, you need to have the latest updated version of WordPress and Elementor installed. Elementor Pro or any paid plugin is NOT required.

Please make sure the version of the PHP engine on your site is 7.3 or newer.

Please keep it mind that you can meet such issues while installing or setting up your template kit: white screen, demo content fails when importing, and other similar issues. The matter is they are all related to low PHP configuration limits. The solution is to increase the PHP limits. You can do this on your own, or contact your web host and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

max_execution_time 300
memory_limit 512M
post_max_size 128M
upload_max_filesize 128M

To verify your current PHP configuration you can install WordPress PHP Info plugin. Also, you can contact your hosting provider.


Theme + Plugins Installation

Theme installation

The Template Kit you use is optimized for use with the free Hello Elementor theme, and this theme is highly recommended.

Go to WP Dashboard → Appearance → Theme → Add New, and then search for “Hello Elementor”, you should see the result of this theme. Install and activate the Hello Elementor theme to your WordPress website.

Plugins installation

The theme activation will prompt you to install and activate the Elementor Page Builder plugin if it is not already installed. Click Install, then Activate.

Install Required Plugins:

Elementor
Template Kit Import

You will install the remaining required plugins during the installation of the Template Kit.

Elementor Settings

Go to Elementor → Settings, click the Features tab and ensure Flexbox Container has a green icon (if not, set to Active). This feature is required for all kits published after Oct 1, 2023

Importing Template Kit

This Template Kit is imported using the Template Kit - Import plugin, so it is necessary to install and activate this plugin before this step. After installation, the import option is located at "WP Dashboard → Tools → Template Kit".

  1. Install Template Kit Import Plugin
    Install the plugin from WordPress DashboardPluginsAdd New by searching for Template Kit Import. If you must use FTP to install plugins, you can download the plugin from here.

  2. Upload Template Kit File
    Once the plugin is activated, go to WordPress DashboardToolsTemplate Kit. Click on Upload Template Kit ZIP File to browse to your zip file and import.

  3. Installed Kit + Templates
    Your Template Kit preview will appear. Click the View Installed Kit button to see all included template kit items.

  4. Install Requirements
    An orange banner will appear if your kit requires additional free plugins. Click Install Requirements for details.

    When installing the Template Kit, be sure to install all the plugins listed as required. The installation of the plugin will be done automatically without your additional intervention.

    Required Plugins:
    ⮚ Elementor Header & Footer Builder
    ⮚ ElementsKit Lite
    ⮚ MetForm

    A popup will appear listing the plugins your kit needs to be installed or activated. Click the Install Above Selected Requirements button to proceed.

  5. Import Global Kit Styles
    It is important to install the Global Kit Styles first, followed by any other Global templates for best results, before inserting the template into your page.

    After importing the Global Kit Styles, go to ElementorToolsGeneral
    then click the Regenerate Files & Data button and the Sync Library button.

  6. Importing the Templates
    Once after the Global Kit Styles installed, you may begin importing your templates by clicking the Import Template button on the desired template.

Create pages from Templates

After you import the Elementor Template Kit, the imported templates will be located in the WP Dashboard > Templates > Saved Templates section of your site. In order for their content to be displayed as in a demo, it is necessary to import the desired templates from the collection to the pages that need to be created beforehand.

  1. Add and Setup a New Page
    ⮚ Create a new page from "WP Dashboard → Pages → Add New" and enter a title for the new page as desired, then click on the blue “Edit with Elementor” button.

    ⮚ Click the gear icon in the Elementor panel (located at top center or bottom left) to access Page Settings, to hide the title of the page and Make sure to assign Elementor Full Width as the page layout.

    If your kit includes headers intended layouts, use Elementor Canvas to hide the global header.

  2. Insert Template from Elementor Library
    ⮚ Click the grey folder icon for “Add Template” option from drag-widget area, to open the Elementor Template Library panel

    ⮚ A pop-up window with templates will open. Select “My Templates” at the top of that window

    ⮚ Select from the list the desired template you want to import to that page. You will recognize the template by its name.

    ⮚ Ensure the template you want to use is a Page, Container or Section template type, then click "Insert"

    All other template types are customized through the Elementor Pro Theme Builder

    ⮚ Confirm “Import Document Settings”.
    This way, you have imported the desired template into the page.

    ⮚ Now you need to save the changes you have made. To do this, click on the “Publish” button

    Repeat this procedure (above steps) for each page template you want to activate from the kit.


Creating Home page

  1. Like other pages, create a page that will be the Home page and give it the name you want - usually, this page is given the name “Home”.

  2. From the Template kit, import a page template called Home page into that page.

  3. Now you need to set up the page created in this way to be the Home page of your website. To do this, go to WP Dashboard → Settings → Reading.

  4. For the “Your homepage displays” field, select the “A static page” option and select the page you intended for the purpose of home or front-page, then “Save changes” finally.
